Agreement and eligibility

RiseUp Digital is designed for eligible users who want to learn digital skills and build genuine business activity. Creating an account confirms your acceptance of these platform rules.

• All information supplied to RiseUp Digital must be accurate and current.
• You are responsible for understanding the package, earning rules and course requirements before payment.
• Participation is an independent affiliate opportunity, with income calculated from verified activity under the published earning rules.

Account, referral and approval

Registration requires your real name, email address, phone number, password, a valid referral code, selected company payment method and transaction ID.

• An account remains pending and cannot use member features until an administrator verifies the payment.
• A referral code is compulsory. The sponsor recorded at registration is used for network and commission calculations.
• Each account is personal. Do not sell, transfer, share or allow another person to operate your account.
• You are responsible for password security and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

Package and payment verification

• Use only the company payment details displayed for the payment method you select.
• The transaction ID must be genuine, unique and related to your package payment. A screenshot may be requested.
• Submitting a transaction ID does not itself confirm payment or activate access.
• Duplicate, altered, reused or fraudulent payment evidence may be rejected and may lead to account restriction.
• For a duplicate payment, wrong reference or verification issue, contact support with complete payment evidence.

Course access, progress and certificates

• Course access is for the approved account holder's personal learning only.
• Videos, lesson links, files and certificates may not be copied, resold, rebroadcast, shared or made publicly available.
• A lesson is completed only after the platform records the required viewing time and completion action. Skipping or manipulating playback does not qualify.
• Bang On Network Marketing, Digital Products Selling and CapCut Video Editing are mandatory for Supervisor and together award the configured 20 learning points.
• Other available courses support learning and certification but do not add Supervisor learning points unless clearly marked otherwise.
• A downloadable digital certificate becomes available only after every lesson in that course reaches 100% completion.

Affiliate and promotional conduct

Users should present RiseUp Digital confidently and accurately, using official package information and authentic earning examples.

• Describe earning potential through approved activity and personal effort; use only genuine screenshots and testimonials.
• Communicate respectfully and let every prospective member make an informed decision without pressure.
• Keep referrals, payments, sales, learning, levels and reward activity genuine and verifiable.
• Approved package sales are counted for commissions and progress.

Active and Passive Income

How an approved sale is processed

Which sales count for which purpose?

• Starter members do not receive Passive Income.
• Passive Income applies only to approved sales by your direct downline, not the complete indirect team.
• Before the monthly target is met, that month's Passive Income remains pending. Meeting the target releases eligible pending entries from the same month.
• If the target is not completed before the Pakistan calendar month ends, pending Passive Income expires and does not carry forward.
• Rates follow the verified current level when the sale is processed. Earlier sales are not recalculated after a later upgrade.

Levels, progress and rewards

Every new level starts from zero. Sales used for an earlier level remain visible in lifetime totals but are not reused for the next level.

• Level upgrades use verified records and configured time windows.
• Rewards unlock after verification and remain subject to identity, activity and admin claim approval.
• Reward scheduling, model, destination and fulfillment details are confirmed during the claim process.

Wallets and withdrawals

• Active and Passive Income are recorded in separate wallet accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal request is Rs. 500 and cannot exceed the selected wallet's available balance.
• Active Income may be withdrawn independently. Passive withdrawal requires the current month's level-specific personal-sales target.
• You must provide accurate JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank details. Incorrect payout information may cause delays.
• Requests remain pending until reviewed. Approved payouts receive a payment reference; invalid requests may be rejected.

Platform integrity and account protection

To protect genuine members and their earnings, RiseUp Digital reviews unusual activity and may temporarily limit an account while payment, sales, learning or security records are verified.

• Use course security, private data and account access only through the official platform features.
• Submit each commission, wallet, withdrawal, certificate, level and reward request once with accurate information.
• Any disputed activity is reviewed fairly against the available payment, sales, login, learning and wallet records.

Privacy, availability and changes

• Account, payment, referral, learning, sales and payout data is processed as described in the Privacy Policy.
• Maintenance, service providers, security incidents or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
• Course catalog, security controls and procedures may be improved while earned financial records remain auditable.
• Material changes will be published here with an updated date. Continued use after publication means the revised terms apply.
